Out Of Hours

There is always a doctor on call when the surgery is closed. Ring (01902) 342152 and a recorded message will give you a telephone number to ring. The telephone number for the out-of-hours service is 0845 145 1800. The cover provided when the surgery is closed is operated by NHS Direct and Wolverhampton Doctors On Call. Sometimes you will be given telephone advice or visited at home or, if appropriate, you may be expected to attend the on-call centre at the Phoenix Health Centre on Parkfield Road (tel. 444105) to see a doctor. We always receive information about these calls the next morning so that we can deal with any continuing problems.
