Obtain A Repeat Prescription?

Repeat prescriptions can be ordered as follows:

By Email - Please email requests to

By Post - Send your tear-off slip by post. You can enclose a stamped, addressed envelope if you wish us to post your prescription back, otherwise you may collect it.

By Fax - Requests are accepted by fax on 01902 349411. Please mark your prescription for the attention of the Prescription Clerk.

In Person - Bring your tear-off slip into reception.

Prescriptions may be collected by you, your representative, or you may ask a pharmacist of your choice to collect your prescription and deliver your medication. Please allow 48 hours for us to process your request.

Medication Review

If you are taking repeat prescriptions, your medication will be regulary reviewed by the doctor. You may be invited to the surgery for an annual check, either at one of our long-term conditions review clinics or in general surgery. It is not always necessary for you to attend the surgery - please check with the receptionist before making an appointment. If you have any concerns regarding your medication, please feel free to contact us any time.
